Please add at least one item to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout by clicking on the Checkout button located in the top right corner of the website. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to choose shipping and gift options, input payment details, and provide billing and shipping addresses. Additionally, you can review your order before finalizing it and make any necessary changes to the color, size, or quantity of an item.
Our size charts will help you order the correct size. Please use a measuring tape (inches) to get the best results. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
All measurements in the tables refer to product dimensions.
We offer electronic gift cards (eG1FT Cards), which can be redeemed online. Choose the amount of gift card that's most convenient for you and your recipient.
You can find shipping fees on your cart before placing an order. A tracking number will be sent to you.
Free shipping on orders over $80 is for customers living in the continental USA.*
Please allow 3-7 business days** to process and ship your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 1-8 business days to be delivered.
If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order within the appropriate amount of business days before that time. If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at INFO@REV1VE.CO with your order number so we can further assist you.

Go to your account. Click "Orders and returns" to track your order. This link also appears in the top right corner of the website, above the Checkout button. You can either sign into your account to see your recent order history, or you can look up a single order by entering the order number and your email address.
For each order, you can see order details and shipment summary. The shipment information includes a tracking number for each package, which you can click to see the progress of your package.
In some cases, we may need to send an order in multiple packages that may arrive on different days. When we do, we provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package.
For each order, you can see:
• Order details, such as your name, total price and the items included
• Shipping summary, including the shipping carrier used and a tracking number for the package

If it's too big, too bright, or simply not your style, we're here to help you with returning or exchanging your purchase.
Which items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged at any time.
How much is the return shipping fee for online purchases?
Please check your mailing method (we recommend choosing a method with tracking as insurance).

How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought online?
Returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
I received a damaged/defective item, can you help?
If your item is damaged or defective, please send an email to INFO@REV1VE.CO with a picture of the item and its defect, preferably with the hang tag of the item in the picture, along with your order number. From there, we may ask you to return the damaged item to us and we can ship a replacement. Upon receipt of your goods, please inspect your items and contact us within 15 days to let us know of any damages/defects. If the delivery date is more than 15 days old, we cannot accept any damages and cannot ship replacements.
How can I receive a refund for my order?
Refunds require proof of purchase: the shipping confirmation email or the original credit card used for the purchase.
I received an item as a gift. How can I receive a refund?
Gifts returned with gift receipt or invoice will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt or invoice will receive a merchandise certificate by mail in the amount of the current selling price.
Where is my refund?
Once your return is delivered, it typically takes 14 business days for our warehouse to receive and inspect your return. After passing inspection, a refund minus applicable shipping costs will be issued to the original form of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow another 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Sure thing! If you need to cancel an item or update your shipping address, simply sign into your online account and head over to Order Details. There, you'll find some handy self-service options to make any necessary updates within 45 minutes of placing your order.
If we're unable to cancel your order, don't worry! You can easily return any unwanted items.
Just a heads up, if you cancel an item that was purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be able to receive that promotion or discount again. We work hard to process orders quickly, but sometimes high demand can lead to items selling out. If this happens with one of your items, we'll send you an email right away. If the item won't be restocked, it will be canceled, and you won't be charged for it or any related taxes or shipping. You might notice a temporary authorization on your credit card.
We really hope you're enjoying your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're more than happy to help! Just let us know if you'd like to process a new order or receive a refund. Returns/ exchanges are valid within 30 days of the delivery date.
Refunds and Exchanges will NOT be processed until items are returned and inspected by our warehouse. All items must be returned in their original condition: tags attached, packaging intact, and product unworn & unwashed.
Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value than the item returned. Should the item chosen for exchange be priced less than the item being returned, a store credit will be issued for the difference. At this time, we are unable to process exchanges for items that are priced higher than the item being returned.
To start the return process please have your Order Number handy. Your Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email. It is NOT on the paper invoice you receive in your package.
To initiate a Return or Exchange, you will need your Order Number ready.

1. Name & Email address used to place order
2. Date your package was received
3. Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase, fit…etc.)
4. What product(s) you are returning. You are responsible for return shipping, we recommend choosing a method with tracking as insurance.

Note: Initial shipping charges and $10.00 restocking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are NOT responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. You will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Purchases made with gift cards are eligible for exchange or store credit only if an item does not work out.
